Indian Festival Video Maker for Business

Updated 8 Oct 2026

Ayka turns one product photo into a short festival video. It has ready, tested styles for Diwali (diyas, marigolds, fireworks, puja thali, jewellery sparkle, sweets) and for wedding season (mandap lights and petals). For other festivals, such as Christmas, Holi or Eid, you describe the scene in 'Write your own' or turn your offer poster into a video. Most festive styles cost ₹149 (1 credit) and take a few minutes.

Marigold Petal Shower: Made with the Marigold Petal Shower style from one photo of a sunscreen tube. Petals fall and the light moves; the tube and its printed label stay still.

The exact prompt we used

Slow-motion shower of bright orange and yellow marigold petals falling gently around the product, a few petals landing softly at its base, warm golden festive light, soft bokeh background, subtle slow camera drift. The product stays perfectly still, exactly as in the photo — it does not move, rotate, lift or change shape. Preserve the exact original label text, logo and lettering unchanged. No added text, no watermark, no people, no hands.

How to make festival videos for your business

  1. List your festivals

Pick the festivals your customers celebrate and shop for. The calendar below is a starting point; add your regional ones.

  2. Photograph your products once

One clear daylight photo per hero product, on a plain surface with space around it. You can reuse the same photo for every festival.

  3. Pick a ready style or write your own

Diwali and wedding styles are ready to use. For another festival, open 'Write your own' and describe the scene, for example 'warm Christmas fairy lights and soft snowfall behind the product; the product stays still'.

  4. Add the offer and the last date

The ready festive styles don't write text. Put the offer, the last order date and your number in the caption or with the text tool.

  5. Post early, then remind

Post about 7 to 10 days before the festival, then again the day before with your last order or delivery date.

Tips for festival marketing

  • Make one video per hero product, not one for the whole shop. One product reads clearly on a phone.
  • Plan regional festivals too: Durga Puja, Onam, Pongal, Bihu or Chhath can matter more than national ones in their regions.
  • Be careful with delivery promises. Write a real last date for delivery before the festival, not 'fast delivery'.
  • Keep one style per festival across all your posts, so your feed looks like a campaign.
  • Don't put film songs or famous recordings behind your video; copyrighted music can get your post muted or removed.
  • Credits you buy never expire, so you can make next month's festival videos with this month's leftovers.

Ready festive styles

What is ready and what isn't

So far Ayka has ready, tested festive styles only for Diwali and weddings. For other festivals, 'Write your own' works with any scene you describe, but it isn't one of our tested prompts: the product can move and printed labels can warp. Ask for the product to stay still, and check every video before you post.

Questions

Which Indian festivals matter most for small business sales?

It depends on your city and your customers. For many shops the Diwali period, from Navratri to Bhai Dooj, is the busiest, followed by wedding season; regional festivals such as Durga Puja, Onam, Pongal or Eid matter most where they are celebrated. Last year's sales are the best guide.

How early should I post festival offer videos?

About 7 to 10 days before the festival, then a reminder the day before with your last order or delivery date. For big buying seasons like Diwali and weddings, start two to three weeks early.

Is there a festival video maker app that works on mobile?

Ayka runs in your phone's browser (Chrome or Safari), so there is no app to install. You can take the photo, make the video and download it on the same phone.

Can I reuse one product photo for many festivals?

Yes. Each video is made fresh from the photo, so the same photo can become a Diwali video, a wedding season video and a Write-your-own scene for another festival. Each video is charged separately.

How much does a festival video cost?

Most festive styles cost 1 credit (₹149) at their default settings. 'Write your own' and premium models can cost more, and the app shows the credits before you generate. New accounts get 1 free product ad on the festive and Write-your-own styles.
