By creating an account or using Ayka in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using Ayka on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ayka is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to generate videos from text prompts, scripts, and images. We use third-party AI services to generate images, voiceovers, and video content on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used for harmful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ayka to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains sexually explicit material or content involving minors
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Spreads misinformation or is intended to deceive others
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the input content (prompts, scripts, images) you provide to Ayka. For videos generated by Ayka using your inputs, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use, share, and publish the output for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations of your subscription plan.

You grant Ayka a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

6. Credit Purchases and Payments

Ayka offers a one-time free offer and paid credits sold as one-time purchases. By purchasing credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no videos have been generated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to subscribers
• Free plan users are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page

7. Intellectual Property

The Ayka platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Ayka and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without our explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Ayka is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to Ayka at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Ayka after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
